Saturday April 10 the members of Co. 15 held their 9th annual poker run and raffle. The poker run began at 10 am with approximately 20 bikes participating in the ride. A silent auction was held with items donated by area businesses. The fire department had a barbecue dinner catered by Barnyard Caterer's for all participants to enjoy.  The department struggled this year in selling tickets due to the economy but with the support of the community the raffle was a success. The $10,000 prize was split by 8 people. The members of Co. 15 would like to thank all those who supported the department in this fund raising project, your generosity in purchasing tickets, donating prizes and loaning the department tables, chairs and other equipment made this project a success.
