Illegal Burn

At approximately 5:30 pm Company 15 and Forestry were dispatched to a report of a brush fire off Deer Path Road. When units arrived they found a large pile of debris burning including 2 single wide mobile homes. The debris pile also contained approximately 100 tires and was burning  less than 30 feet from the landowners occupied dwelling. Forestry responded with the dozer and cut a fire line around the burning pile and moved debris around to allow for extinguished. The Fire Marshall responded to the scene and DEQ was contacted due to the burning materials.Company 15 was on scene for approximately 4 hours.
